Corporate Stationery

Most office-based businesses need formal stationery to communicate with customers, suppliers, staff and the various government authorities.

The most common are letterhead,
with-compliments-slips, note pads and envelopes, all of which are usually printed in the business colours and include the necessary contact details. The minimum paper weight for letterhead is 80gsm which keeps costs down especially when being printed in one colour. Multiple colour printing and heavier weight paper (up to 100gsm) also add to the image you want to create for your business

Desk Pads
These are large A2 size pads printed in up to four colours usually on 80gsm bond. They are used on a desk to both protect the desk and also to write on. They are usually given away to clients as the desk pad is branded with your logo and business name.

Envelopes
The most common size envelope used by businesses is the DL window or plain faced envelope. They easily and cost effectively fit an A4 size letter folded twice to DL and DL size brochures. The envelopes are usually printed in one or two colours on the front with your business name and logo and mailing address. An oversize version of this envelope is also available called DLX and comes in both window or plain faced options.

Other size envelopes commonly used in business is the C5 (fits an A5 size page) or C4 (fits an A4 size page). Oversize versions of these envelopes are also available.

Invoice / Quote Books
Many small business owners prefer to write up quotes on the spot or to write out an invoice when the job is done. This has the advantage of being completed quickly, easily and at exactly the right time and it increases the likelihood of receiving prompt payment from your customer. If its a quote, you can save time by preparing it on site rather than waiting to do all the paperwork back in the office or at home after dinner.
