What Is This?
The convenient, pocket sized Appointment Health Card has been designed to promote selected local businesses to patients who attend the medical centre. Local businesses are offered the choice of a Premium full page advert opposite the appointments page on the inside of the card, or a Standard half page advert on the back of the card. Two and a half thousand Appointment Health Cards will be printed and delivered to the participating Medical Centre or allied health professional within 4-6 weeks of completion. The Appointment Health Cards will be given to all patients needing to make future appointments at the medical centre. Below is a mockup Appointment Health Card intended to show the design, ads and positions that will best promote your business. What Do I Get?
What: 2500 high quality printed Appointment Health Cards. Size: Folded: 74mm wide x 105mm high. Open: 148mm wide x 105mm high. Mock-up: See sample opposite. Ads: 3 adverts (1 full page, 2 half page). Ad size: Premium - 65mm wide x 95mm high. Standard - 65mm wide x 46mm high. Distribution: 2500 cards delivered to the participating medical centre or allied health professional in your area. To book a space for your ad simply do one of the following: 1. Decide if you want a Premium ad (full page) or a Standard ad (half page). 2. Call 1300 85 26 85 to speak to your sales representative, or 3. Reply to the sales proposal email you received from us. When Do I Pay?
Our payment terms for this promotion are a 50% deposit is payable on approval of your artwork and prior to production commencing. The remaining 50% is payable when the appointment cards have been delivered to the participating medical centre or allied health professional. How Can I Pay?
